About Landex Building Services
Our Story
Landex was built on a simple but ambitious vision: to create exceptional new homes in beautiful, sought-after locations across East Anglia. What began as a small family operation has since grown into a multi-award-winning development company, with over 35 employees, hundreds of trusted trade partners, and more than 300 homes successfully delivered.
Recognising the growing demand for high-quality construction and refurbishment expertise, Landex Building Services was established to extend the company’s standards of craftsmanship, reliability, and sustainability to a broader range of building projects.
Under the guidance of Dan, Landex Building Services is led by senior building specialist Luke Read, who draws on years of in-house development experience to deliver dependable, fully managed building services, from new builds and bespoke renovations to exterior works and long-term maintenance – for homeowners, developers, and commercial clients across Suffolk and beyond.
This dedicated division enables us to work smarter, faster, and more sustainably, combining proven technical expertise with real-world construction experience.

Gas Safe Registration - for safe, legal installation and maintenance of gas appliances including Liquid Petroleum Gas (LPG)
MCS Certification - qualifying us to install and certify renewable technologies such as Air Source Heat Pumps. (Boiler Upgrade Scheme available)
